The hotel provided a mixed experience with clean and spacious rooms but had some limitations, especially for larger groups like my wedding party. The service was friendly, though lacking a bit in responsiveness. The location was convenient for amenities but needed improvement in accessibility. The dining options were adequate but could use more variety. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancements.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms at a similar price to others in the area. The rooms are just okay for feeling nice and welcoming, but they are spotless. The service is fun, entertaining, and accommodating, going above and beyond for out-of-town guests. The location is mostly pleasant and nice, close to restaurants and shopping. The dining experience was an excellent and lovely ending to our stay, but the food provided was limited. The facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel had plenty of space in the rooms, including a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge, but they were not as clean as expected for my wedding party to get dressed. The rooms felt dated and in need of updating, with noticeable cigarette burns on the carpet.
